Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is only accepted once payment has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to accept, decline, hold or cancel any order at our sole discretion — for example where an item is out of stock, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. Where an accepted order is cancelled by us, any payment received for that order will be refunded.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is made by the methods shown at checkout, including Interac e-Transfer. Full payment instructions are provided on our Payment & Refund Policy page. Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has cleared. You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact details.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship discreetly across Canada. Delivery timelines, packaging and tracking are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds, replacements and store credit are handled in accordance with our Payment & Refund Policy. Because of the nature of our products, all customer concerns must be raised within the window set out in that policy. Please review it carefully before ordering.
